4. Fees and Payments

All visa application fees are clearly displayed before checkout.
The total service cost is $249 USD, which includes:

• Official Saudi government visa fees

• Mandatory health insurance coverage

• Transaction and verification fees

• SaudiVisa.us service and support fees

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment gateways.
Once submitted, fees are non-refundable, as applications begin processing immediately.

5. Refund Policy

SaudiVisa.us cannot issue refunds after your application has been submitted to Saudi authorities. If your application is denied due to incomplete or inaccurate information, you may reapply by submitting a new application and payment. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payments or system errors.

6. Processing Times

Typical processing takes 24 to 72 hours, but delays can occur due to additional verification or public holidays in Saudi Arabia. SaudiVisa.us is not liable for losses caused by government processing delays or technical issues outside our control.
