At SaudiVisa.us, we handle every visa application with care and professionalism. Because each application is submitted directly to Saudi Arabia’s official visa processing system immediately after payment, all fees are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all applicants, without exception.

1. Non-Refundable Service Policy

Once an application and payment are submitted through SaudiVisa.us, processing begins immediately.
Our service involves personalized preparation, document verification, and submission to official Saudi government systems.
For this reason, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Visa applications already submitted to Saudi authorities

  • Delays caused by Saudi government processing times

  • Visa denials due to applicant error or missing information

  • Duplicate or incorrect submissions made by the applicant

  • Traveler cancellations or change of plans after payment

By completing your payment, you agree to this non-refundable policy and authorize SaudiVisa.us to begin processing immediately.

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a technical error results in your card being charged more than once for the same application.

  • Service Error: If our team determines that a processing failure occurred on our end before the application was submitted to Saudi authorities.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Visa Denials and Government Decisions

SaudiVisa.us has no control over visa approvals or rejections, as final decisions are made solely by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). If your visa is rejected, delayed, or modified by Saudi authorities, no refund will be issued. You may submit a new application by paying the applicable fee again.

4. Accuracy of Applicant Information

Applicants are fully responsible for ensuring all details entered on the visa application are correct.
SaudiVisa.us is not responsible for delays or denials caused by inaccurate passport information, incorrect personal details, missing documents, or uploading unreadable files.

Providing false or incomplete data may result in visa rejection with no eligibility for a refund.

5. Technical and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with your bank or credit card company, SaudiVisa.us reserves the right to submit all application records, communication logs, and supporting documentation to verify the service was delivered as described.
Filing an unwarranted dispute after services have been rendered may result in permanent denial of future service and possible legal action.

6. Service Completion

Our service is considered fully rendered once:

  • Your visa application is submitted to the official Saudi e-Visa system,

  • Or your e-Visa is issued and delivered to your registered email.

No portion of the service fee is refundable once these steps are completed.

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of payment or after the visa has been processed will not be considered.

8. Policy Acceptance

By using SaudiVisa.us and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. You also confirm that you will not dispute legitimate, completed transactions with your financial institution.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be handled exclusively in courts located in Orange County, California.
